WELCOME TO "AMERICA'S YOUTH FOR CHANGE (AYFC)"
"Inspiring and Empowering Youth to Make a Difference and Become Agents of Change in their Communities"
America’s Youth for Change (AYfC) is a pilot program that was born out of the 2008 presidential election where youth participated like no other time in history.
AYfC has a simple mission: to provide a venue for at-risk Blacks, Latinos & LGBT youth, in urban cities to become involved in their communities and empower them to become AOFs (Agents of Change).
HOW IT WORKS: After one year of volunteering in their community, each youth will be awarded with a scholarship for his/her education expenses. You volunteer as much as you want, when you want.
AYfC is a program of Hands On New York, Inc., an organization with 501 c 3 status founded in 2002 with the purpose of helping our community and those in need.
